3. Tire Installation and Vehicle Service

4. Used Tires Disclaimer

Used tires are sold AS IS unless otherwise stated in writing.

Although tires are inspected before sale, customers acknowledge that used tires may have:

  • Reduced tread life compared to new tires

Customers accept all risks associated with purchasing and using used tires.

5. Roadside Assistance and Mobile Service

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Customers must provide:

7. Refunds and Returns

New Tires

Unused new tires may be eligible for return within ___ days with proof of purchase, subject to inspection and restocking fees.

Used Tires

All used tire sales are final unless prohibited by law.

Services

Labor and service fees are generally non-refundable once work has been completed.
